Head - Digital Products - BFSI (required candidates from BFSI Space)
- Lead the e-Business initiatives and define digital product road map to increase engagement and adoption with customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for efficient delivery of digital products.
- Work closely with leadership, Sales team, users, customer support and operations teams to define, build and scale digital product line.
- collaborating with Technology team and management to prioritize and define roadmaps and deliver on the roadmap.
- Understand the market trends and customer needs to build digital products that create a unique value proposition to customer.
- Gathering user requirements based on a profound understanding of business requirements.
- Custodian of product usage metrics for conversion, engagement, and retention
- Responsible for Product Experience, managing dropouts, inputs to the management for devising the overall growth strategy of digital business.
- Use data analytics to constantly improve the user experience across digital platforms.
- Leading & managing digital product management activities by developing requirements, identifying, and managing dependencies, ensuring research and design, following, and enhancing processes, defining acceptance criteria and quality measures
- Leading all projects for digital product development (business cases, cost-benefit analyses, product overviews) and product management (platform requirements, project briefs, detailed business requirements, flow documents, etc)
