Head- Digital & Mobile Product Development

Qualifications :

- Deep knowledge and passion around emerging markets and payments technologies and their potential to change commerce

- Experienced in Mobile and web development including SDK's, REST/JSON API and integration

- Be conversant in the predominant programming languages such as Java and Java Scripts

- Experience organizing, running, supporting, and growing large technology organization

- Experience developing and managing integration, onboarding and managing client projects

- A 18+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline is required. An MBA/MS is a major plus

- Financial services and/or payments processing industry experience is desirable

- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical issues and concepts to multiple organization levels inside and outside.

- Independent judgment and mature decision making skills to deal with projects that often have enterprise-wide scope and may have significant cost and time-to-market impacts

- Great time management and a passion for making commitments happen. Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed

- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of as a whole.
