Looking for Head Digital Marketing- for Bangalore based startup

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Define the digital marketing roadmap, approach, choice of media and channels - across each of the business verticals.

- Drive the thinking on customer segmentation, target segments and approach to reach these consumers.

- Develop the key messages, campaigns and communication plan for each of the products and brands working with the business and product teams.

- Ensure consistency on the brand front across communication channels and messaging.

- Drive the execution working with the digital marketing as well as the creative teams.

- Deliver on the new customer acquisition and revenue targets as well as the ROI on campaigns.

Requirements

- 5 - 7 years of work experience overall with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

- Experience in running large scale digital marketing budgets.

- Experience in running performance marketing campaigns delivering growth and ROI at scale.

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools, analytics platforms, app platforms, CRM platforms and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and project management skills.

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.

- Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute.
