Key responsibilities: - Driving 5X growth across various marketplace platforms - across India and the US - Build our own platform around unique value propositions (eg: subscription; gifting) - Shape the overall corporate strategy as part of the senior leadership team - Build and Lead our in-house team and network of external agencies - Manage the marketing spends budget across various platforms - Build a stronger reach for the Direct to Consumer platform of the brand An ideal candidate would be: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in Performance Marketing (E-Commerce) - Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience - Strong academic track record About the company The company is a Mumbai HQ start-up in the education space.
