1. What You Will Be Doing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion across platforms.

- Lead and oversee the digital marketing team, offering guidance and support as required.

- Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to bolster rankings and ROI.

- Formulate and execute social media marketing strategies to augment brand awareness and engagement.

- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights for presentation.

2. What You Will NOT Be Doing:

- Developing software or managing teams of engineers; we have other positions that handle that. This role requires deep expertise and experience in customer support.

- Restricting yourself to specific products: You will be empowered to make system-level design decisions that will impact the support of all our products.

3. Key Responsibilities:

- Setting and enforcing increasingly high-quality standards aimed at achieving 80% FCR within a single shift.

- Building an efficient support machine capable of handling hundreds of products, = thousands of support tickets per week, and tens of thousands of customers worldwide.

4. Candidate Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 12+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and SEO/SME.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent grasp of digital marketing and sales principles.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
