JOB: Head - Digital Marketing

Salary Up to: 60 LPA

Position Overview:

- Digital Marketing & Performance Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all digital marketing initiatives and performance management strategies within the organization.

- Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns, while also optimizing performance through data analysis and measurement.


- You should have expertise in various areas such as data analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Digital analytics, ROI analysis, conversion optimization, and website optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals.

- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that effectively engage and convert prospects into customers.

- Utilize various digital channels (e.g., search engine optimization, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising) to maximize brand exposure and drive customer acquisition.

2. Performance Management and Analytics/ Conversion Optimization:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data analytics platforms.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and increase ROI.

- Monitor website performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

3. SEO, Search Engine Marketing (SEM): and Paid Advertising:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to optimize paid advertising efforts.

- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns based on performance data, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

4. Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor social media campaigns. Utilize social media analytics to measure the impact of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Create and curate compelling content (e.g., articles, blog posts, videos) to support digital marketing efforts and increase engagement.

- Monitor social media trends, leverage influencers, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community

5. Team Leadership and Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the digital marketing team, performance marketing & Data intelligence team.

Skills for the role:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience 12+ years in a senior digital marketing role, with expertise in data analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, and digital analytics.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.

- Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure and optimize marketing performance.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.

- Experience in managing and developing a team of digital marketing professionals.
