1) Developing company's various digital channels - Website, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. and leveraging it to grow brand recall and business
2) Understand performance marketing and the power of keywords and Google search in lead generation
3) Conduct competition analysis and keep updates on consumer digital marketing. Draw insights by further understanding the consumer demographics and create cutting edge solutions
4) Be financially prudent and understand the cost and benefit concepts. Be able to measure and track the ROI of each campaign.
5) Work closely with marketing manager to work on content marketing strategy.
6) Work with various property portals to generate quality leads and thereby business
7) Understand the overall business objectives and device a plan for Domestic and International markets to cater to Lead, Walkins and Bookings target.
8) To be a master of Digital ecosystem, various tools and techniques. Should continue to explore progress and development in technological field and suitable vendor management
9) To liaise with the Pre-sales teams by taking real time feedback on lead quality and conduct call listening sessions. To further use the said information and alter/modify the existing digital campaign to improve overall conversions and better the ROI
10) To be responsible for the entire PNL for digital business by jointly owning up the site visit process and further culmination into transactions
11) Ensuring the company website is running at optimum speed thereby improving the overall digital experience
12) To work on a various projects/assignments to elevate the overall Digital customer experience
13) Tracking each enquiry by understanding the lifecycle of the leads in various buckets.
14) To work with in-house/outsourced teams to improve the search engine optimisation and organic lead generation
