Job Summary: The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance online presence, and maximize lead generation. This role involves strategic planning, leveraging emerging technologies, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic positioning.

2. Brand Building:

- Build and maintain a strong online brand presence for the Company.

- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns through various digital channels.

3. Customer Acquisition:

- Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive traffic and leads to the deployed online platform(s).

- Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion.

- Creating and executing marketing campaigns that effectively generate leads to support the sales pipeline.

- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, social media, PPC, SEO), events, webinars, and traditional media.

5. Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

6. Content Strategy:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases the Company's expertise.

- Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels.

7. Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage the target audience.

- Leverage social platforms for customer interaction.

8. Portal management:

- Oversee the acquisition of high-quality leads through online portals, manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient transaction processes.

- Optimize portal lead acquisition and conversion, through data analysis and collaboration with Sales Function.

9. BTL Activities:

- Plan, ensure execution and oversee BTL Marketing activities to drive offline engagement, brand visibility and customer acquisition.

- Co-ordinate various promotional events like property expos, local community engagements and sponsorships that complement and are consistent with the Brand messaging and other online marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in strategic digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry.

- Proven track record of successful online brand building and lead generation.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
