A leading EdTech company reputed for its professional training and skill enhancement courses in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics & Data Science is looking to hire Digital Marketing & Product Head for its New Delhi location. The company is an official training partner for Google, Microsoft and social media giants like Facebook & LinkedIn. This position needs experience in Digital Marketing as well as Product Planning & Management. Please apply only if you have both Digital Marketing & Product Planning experience. Job Title : Digital Marketing & Product Head Location : New Delhi Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Experience : 8-15 years Responsibilities : Digital Marketing : - Build a digital marketing roadmap for the organization. - Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) meeting the demands of relevant leads for the business. - Identify metrics to measure ROI of digital marketing channels. - Plan to identify and allocate channel-wise budget. - Strong focus on Organic (SEO & Social Media growth) along with identifying other channels with a fast fail approach. - Liaise with Product, Tech and Sales teams to roll out new products. - Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments. Product Planning, Launching & Management : - Build a product plan for the flagship programs for the organization. - Manage existing products and ensure these are updated with the latest developments at regular intervals. - Liaison with the Corporate/Institutional Sales teams in the sales process w.r.t to domain expertise in Digital Marketing. Develop proposals for such pursuits. Requirements : - 2-5 years Digital Marketing & Product Launch experience working with EdTech/Digital Learning/ E- Learning institutes would be highly preferred - Proven work experience of at least 8 years as a Digital Marketing manager in similar role - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function - Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software - Familiarity with web design & development - Strong team management, communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills with an ability to perform hands-on tasks.
