Key Objectives:
- Work with business teams and ecommerce/media platforms to strategize, plan and execute all media spends for online campaigns and performance marketing
- Understand how search, visibility, promotions and other elements work on the platform and optimize campaigns to deliver sales target keeping Return on Ad Spends on check
- Manage CRM system to drive repeat revenue
- Manage digital presence of stores on Google My Business, Facebook, etc and work with malls, retail team to drive store footfalls and sales
- SEO for website, marketplace listings and store locations
Broad KPIs:
1. Driving secondary sales on online platforms to consumers across outright and marketplace channel
2. Drive traffic to online and offline stores
3. Track media spends across platforms to deliver Return on Ad spend
4. Drive visibility and sell through of depth buys by channel
5. Monitor execution of agreed visibility on platforms and ensure results are in line with the plan
6. Understand marketing capabilities of different platforms and drive budget allocation to optimize revenue and return on Ad spends
7. Manage customer segmentation and attributes, leveraging them to drive repeat revenue and using their characteristics to drive efficiency for new acquisition
8. Partner with mall marketing team to drive traffic to stores
9. Develop and manage relationship with affiliate partners
10. Maintain updated knowledge of latest E-Commerce technologies and trends
