Job Summary - KRA's
- Driving the Business P&L through various initiatives to grow and sustain in the industry. He/She will be Responsible across India.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing plan for India that addresses countries' sales and marketing objectives and that aligns with corporate regional strategies and objectives Drive pricing, merchandising, campaign strategies to accelerate eCommerce growth
- This plan should include strategies, tactics and goals for reaching key audiences - end users, influencers and strategic alliances - to drive brand awareness, interest and desire for Jabra's solutions
- Create business development strategies to identify and test new eCommerce models
- The innovative business model for growth - Created a unique business model for the expansion of business.
- Prepare marketing strategies to increase existing and new businesses and identify appropriate portals for all projects and manage communication for all eCommerce status projects.
- Drive CRM, Email/SMS marketing and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth and retention
- Drive ratings & reviews and referral
- Lead and manage the online team and partner with other key departments to deliver first-class online customer experiences to achieve customer loyalty and engagement
