- Envision & create a digital - only approach Go-To-Market
- Responsible for drawing the digital roadmap
- Digital to include creation of apps to manage business process, engage better with the TG, aid in building a single-window approach to business.
- Work closely with the digital agency towards ensuring the website page rankings go up to deliver presence within 1st frame of search results.
- Manage the ongoing maintenance of the website and assets working closely with internal IT department, creative & digital agencies to support program/digital campaign launches.
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising campaigns
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure consistency in communication across all online media
- Build and monitor social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.).Prepare tangible reports in line with online objectives.
- Manage email-marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, industry standards and best practices on an ongoing basis
- Develop documentation (site maps, wireframes, navigation models, content models)
