As head of digital marketing for the brand portfolio you will have overall responsibility in growing the digital presence including branding, digital campaigns, consumer engagement with basic goals of Growth and Revenue.
Candidates from IIT and IIM would be preferred. Aspirants from top technology companies like Google, Microsoft and Amazon etc would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities -
- Responsible for generating online sales revenues and improving RoI across channels (website, e-commerce platforms), for the various brands in the portfolio
- Responsible for increasing brand awareness, community/followers size and consumer engagement online for the various brands in the portfolio
- Build, plan and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for each brands in portfolio including content planning, social media marketing, search engine optimization, paid campaigns, e-mail marketing, partnership management and e-commerce platform management
- Prepare and execute a marketing plan and budget to achieve the digital marketing goals/objectives for each brand in the portfolio
- Recruit, mentor & lead a team of digital marketing specialists
- Research & analysis on implementation of digital tools, key digital trends, competitor analysis
- Monthly tracking of ROI and KPIs social media, SEO and google analytics (CTRs, conversions & other relevant KPIs)
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Keep abreast with digital trends and best practice
