Head - Digital Marketing - Online/Internet

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build a strong digital marketing foundation for driving growth.

- Responsible for customer acquisition, retention and marketing RoI across various digital marketing channels - Search, Social, Affiliates, & CRM Marketing.

- Responsible for advertising on marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart and associated revenue and RoI.

- Hands-on management and optimization of both paid owned media channels such as search, display social and SEO

- Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple platforms to exceed goals and maximize return on ad spend

- Deliver against targets by collaborating with channel managers on key performance marketing channels: search, display, social, content syndication and display advertising programs

- Work closely with brand team to develop ad and seo content as well as email campaigns

- Build a robust planning and measurement system

- Conduct A/B testing when necessary to improve campaign effectiveness

- Deliver revenue targets by geography and product

- Build a strong analytical set up for data driven marketing
