Head - Digital Marketing - NBFC Startup

Our client is a large Startup NBFC. They are poised to grow their digital arm rapidly and need a strong Digital marketing Head to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Job Description :

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Creating content & managing SEO/ SEM.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Design, build and maintain digital media presence

- Devising strategies. Developing and Managing Social Media Brand including all Promotions and Campaigns

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Profile :

- 8-13 years of overall marketing experience of which 4-5 yrs are in the Digital Marketing space

- Preferably MBA and worked for Financial services
