Head - Digital Marketing - NBFC - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are hiring for an urgent position for the role of Head - Digital Marketing with the leading NBFC based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description-

Will spearhead the digital marketing efforts of the company in the digital lending space. This role shall include developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy of the company across various digital channels to achieve key performance metrics and goals. Extensive hand-on experience across digital channels, platforms, digital marketing products and analytical marketing tools.

Key Accountabilities:

1.Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of the company in line with defined budgets and RoIs across channels.

2. Enable marketing automation across platforms.

3. Enable marketing analytical tools to achieve key performance metrics and RoI.

4. Development of all digital content including ads, content, blogs etc.

5. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

6. Develop, organize and lead the digital marketing team.

7. Candidates should be an MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.
