Responsibilities :
- Devise strategies to drive traffic to the company website.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilising a range of Techniques including Paid Search, SEO and PPC.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Create and oversee the Social Media and SEO strategy for the company.
- Maximise lead and enrolment conversion through effective customer journeys and sales processes
- Recruit, and build a highly efficient and creative digital team that works to deliver these commitments.
- Evaluate the customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Through the digital team, manage the internal network of content authors to ensure that the website and social media presences meet high editorial, usability and effectiveness standards
- Manage the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Manage the design and the updation, along with continuous maintaiance of the company website. Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- 8+ years of experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Prior experince in a similar digital marketing role, along with experience in team building and management
