Appreciation of Programmatic Marketing preferred. - Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies - A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web) - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
