- Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly.

- Client activation and onboarding Campaigns.

- Ability to manage and train a highly skilled team focusing on client acquisition, activation and retention strategies.

- Understanding and ability to run performing campaigns across various lead sources including the regular ones like google, Facebook, Influencers etc.

- Learning attitude and ability to course correct with utmost agility.

- Understanding of value add of agency V/S FTE and have a concrete strategy and plan to leverage both.
