Digital Marketing Head for ITES Organization
Key Responsibilities :
Service Delivery :
- Manage the overall delivery operations provided by the offshore digital services team
- Passionate about marketing technologies with an in-depth knowledge of web content management platforms and digital analytics tools
- Expert implementation knowledge of web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, Ad Words, digital analytics, content partnerships, review sites and retargeting
- Develop strong working relationship with key client stakeholders across the globe and proactively address their needs
- Act as a single point of contact & escalation point within customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities
- Have a strong focus on customer value and improvement of overall customer experience
- Have a transformation-led delivery approach with a view to bring in process optimization & automation (wherever possible)
Capability Development :
- Audit the existing capabilities within the team
- Recommend and implement plan to set up new capabilities that add value to clients
- Suggest ways to expand the footprint of the digital services team
- Be updated with new technologies and upcoming trends in the digital domain and provide inputs on how these could be leveraged
People Management :
- Lead the team of digital and social media specialists
- Manage team virtually across locations
- Communicate task and expectations clearly
- Provide constructive, meaningful and timely feedback to team members
- Drive best practices sharing sessions amongst the teams to augment delivery
- Drive upskilling programs for the team to stay relevant in the competitive domain
