We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Apparel Fashion online business ONLY

- The candidate must be willing to relocate to MUMBAI/NEW DELHI or BANGALORE as required by the Brand

- Lead overall digital marketing & strategy spanning customer acquisition, activation & retention

- Drive thought leadership to scale

- Lead & coach teams on Social Media, Affiliate, CRM, SEO & Paid search marketing to achieve brand & commerce objectives

- Drive digital Content, Social & Search strategy through data driven performance insights

- Scale acquisition & activation at best in class ROI through FB, Display, DPA, UAC, AE & App DR campaigns

- Develop & scale user segmentation & personalization journey across touch points - onsite & offsite

- Drive strategic Alliances & Partnerships for the organization

- Handle annual digital marketing budget
