About : We are hiring for our Client growth phase startup in providing healthcare services to direct consumers . They have catered to patients from 100+ cities in the last year via online services & are backed by VCs like Better Capital, Titan Capital (by Kunal & Rohit of Snapdeal) & BITS Pilani Angels. Currently, the work is remote. Later, a person can work either out of Bangalore or Nagpur. Desired Background : - Passionate about understanding consumer behaviour & psychology - On top of marketing trends & hungry to keep learning - Must have min 3+ years first-hand experience in performance marketing - Preferred if additional experience in either -&gt; SEO & Text content or -&gt; Audio-Visual Content & Social Media Marketing - Preferred prior marketing experience in a fast-growing startup or having worked in a marketing agency Primary responsibilities : - Planning performance marketing campaigns across Google & Facebook assets. - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels - Ideating on the website landing pages & overseeing content creation for the website landing pages. - Using tools to monitor consumer behaviour on website & analysing to generate insights - Running experiments to optimise conversion rates - Stay up to date with emerging trends and styles across social platforms - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Own the strategy and roadmap for paid acquisition efforts, with top priorities being continual traffic growth and increased conversions. - Secondary Responsibilities will be either towards SEO or Social Media based on previous work Experience.
