Head - Digital Marketing/Fund Raising - NGO

Role - She/he will be responsible for raising funds through Digital campaigns and expand and retain donors.

As part of a successful team you will play a significant role in the growth and development of the organisation and an important part in developing an integrated approach to fundraising

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Strategize the digital fundraising plan through individual donors - service as well as retain them

- Experience in working with digital fundraising agencies

- Good understanding on various media of digital fundraising (Emailing, social media platforms, crowd fundraising etc)

- Partnership with e-commerce platforms for cause related marketing campaigns

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Research on channels and keep expanding the organisation's presence and increase the spectrum of audience

- Moderation of all the platforms virtually on real time and ensure to address the need of the situation

- Ensure the dissemination process adequate enough to reach the target audience

- Managing & implementing digital campaigns for fundraising, donor engagement, new donor acquisition & donor retention for increasing the support base both in terms of volume & value.

- Monitor key metrics deliver on both revenue, cost targets.

- Develop, test and execute creative models/ plans for improving Sense India's digital fundraising, including generating campaigns (events) to activate and engage with existing supporters and engage new ones through campaigns both on the ground and digital.

- To write, edit and manage the development of content for digital fundraising (e.g. Multimedia content for social media platforms, action alerts, donor appeals and other electronic grassroots communications).
