Head - Digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Heading the overall Digital Marketing (Search, Display, Social, Mobile, & Video), Product Management, Portal Management, Online Sales & Monetization, Social Media Marketing, Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and Sales & Lead Generation functions.
- Developing the complete Online Business Model, Developing Product Roadmap & Strategy, Managing Marketing Budgets, Liaison with Publishers and Ad Agencies, Managing UI/Site designing, defining Customer Value Proposition; and building Sales, Partners & Business Development Network across India & Globally.
- Complete ownership starting from Site/Product Ideation to Launch; defining Go-To-Market strategy, Online Sales & Marketing Strategy, Content Planning; Vendor/Partner Development; building traffic & user base; and creating Profitable business model for various online SBUs/Verticals targeting Consumers in India & Globally.
- Driving digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM (Google AdWords, Yahoo/Bing), Facebook PPC), Display Advertising, Email Campaigns, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), Newsletters, Mobile & Video Advertising, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Online Alliances, Promotions, Branding, Blogging, Discussion Forums, Viral/Buzz Marketing and more.
- Conceptualizing & launching new online products & services, implementing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets/segments, and developing new revenue streams with continues site & marketing innovations.
- Managing a huge marketing team.
- Responsible to grow the organization to success levels.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Should be from Tier 1 Institute with minimum 12 years of experience in Digital marketing preferably from E commerce /FMCG or Retail Industry .
- Age Criteria- between 32-39 yrs
- The ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service and attitude.
- Experience managing an accomplished team.
- Proven senior level digital marketing experience across all digital disciplines, including campaign strategy, online planning & buying across all digital channels including mobile, PPC and social media.
- Knowledge of emerging markets and trends within the wider digital industry,
including consumer habits.
