- Deliberate planning and goal setting for Digital platform
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Customer Experience management, CRM, ORM
- Visual Design and web management
- Content management
- SEO, SEM and generation of inbound traffic
- Cultivation of leads and sales- Engagement & Conversion strategy
- Grow and expand company online presence into new social media platforms
- Increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Instagram etc.
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic to the website
- Track and utilize social media influencers
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Assist with social media performance reports
- Monitor, listen and respond to users and support the operations teams for response management
- Develop and expand the user community and influencer outreach efforts
