Responsibilities include : - Budget planning, target setting, breaking the target down to smallest possible action items - Finding Innovative ways to Spend better on Google, Facebook etc. - Perform deep analysis based on big data stored in our ad database, think strategically to take appropriate actions for continuous growth/improvement in key ad metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROI etc. - Target setting and growing SEO through traditional methods and through Growth hacks wherever necessary - Manage and grow Email/SMS Channel and increase its contribution share - Plan Communication calendar for targeted segments, manage the execution Qualifications : - 7+ of experience working in / with D2C businesses experience in digital marketing leadership roles across B2C companies, MNCs or Startups
