Job Description - The company is looking for an aggressive, innovation-led, ambitious and energetic leader to head the Digital Strategy and Business of the organisation, and lead this new push
- The incumbent would be responsible for formulating the Strategy for the company's digital initiatives. This will include not only strategizing for digital leadership, but also leading the thought on omni-channel linkage with our retail operations wherever possible
Client Details :
The client is a leading player in the FMCG space in the personal care space, with an annual turnover of over 1,000Cr.
- Management of Digital Spends and Tracking ROI of digital spends.
- Business delivery on E commerce channel through adequate marketing spends.
- Keep a track of the performances in all the marketing areas - e commerce and digital and thus discover any hindrances to strategies.
- Closely work with the brand teams to improve marketing and campaign performance on digital and e commerce.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
- Liaise with Digital and E com marketing agencies to develop digital campaigns and E com marketing plans.
- Liaise with E com players to strengthen brand visibility on respective platforms.
- Leadership/ Supervisory experience
- Analytical Skills : should be able to analyze the overall marketing performance
- Strategic Skills : SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC and hands on experience with any performance and social platform
- Experience: 6+ years relevant Digital & E commerce Marketing experience in Consumer Product brands with rapidly growing digital presence.
- Candidates in category management roles in digital/online marketing platforms are also welcome to apply.
