- Planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, driving the organization's digital strategy across owned, paid, and earned digital media channels by aligning with the company's digital decision journey.

- Spearheading to achieve incremental business share in E-commerce by building awareness, consideration and engaging through an end-to-end e-commerce-focused brand communication strategy for both current and new product lines, featuring customized messaging tailored to the customer decision journey.

- Spearheading the categories to achieve the business targets with focus on E-commerce : Achieve this by implementing an e-commerce-centric annual sales and marketing business plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Devising the strategic blueprint and meticulously executed comprehensive 360-degree sales & marketing strategies across digital platforms, with a deliberate focus on third party market places, leading to the attainment of challenging sales targets.

- Identifying the right product mix across categories through data driven decision making that could be launched in ecommerce -taking into account the brand competition, product differentiation and the price leverage. Collaborating closely with the sourcing team to select suitable products capable of providing the desired attributes and pricing through detailed competitor analysis. Subsequently, devise and execute a meticulously planned Go-To-Market strategy online to achieve our revenue targets

- Enhancing multiples of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by leveraging advanced data-driven strategies, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of category dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Employing an intricate blend of traditional research methodologies, including structured interviews and focus group discussions, in synergy with sophisticated digital analytics tools

- Building awareness digitally by reaching out to the right target through paid digital media. Enabling Consideration through SEM, social Media Marketing, Content marketing & SEO laced content creation, enabling customer evaluation through the right content strategy through earned media targeting high intent purchase audience (Including ecommerce) and enabling conversion through strong selling story replicated in the owned media.
