KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Take ownership for the digital vision of the business. Gain understanding of the current situation, business needs and future requirements and challenge the business in order to provide a vision, define the digital strategy, provide proposals, direction and, with the team, support employee stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Implement an engagement and acquisition strategy for digital and Ecommerce to drive sales growth for the business.
- Develop a global digital strategy blueprint to enable the successful roll out of country specific digital roadmaps
- Identifying the need for local teams and / or agencies and defining decision rights.
- Shape and lead a data driven decision-making culture by making data central to every department.
- Be accountable for the digital, systems & IT budget and delivery of ROI.
- Fuel a customer-focused agile organisation to create the best customer experience for Consultants and dieters so we build advocacy with both.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to deliver against business requirements.
- Nurture a culture of constant collaboration, learning, adaptation, innovation and optimisation, evaluating & seizing opportunities to unlock technology & human potential.
- Own the digital ecosystem and prioritise the user's experience of digital platforms.
- Embrace digital principles and best practice to set the business up for success.
- Develop and deliver a website and content management strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Communications.
- Identify and implement a Digital Asset Management System to ensure compliance and ease of access in each new owned market.
- Own the implementation of the direct sales software into owned markets, to deliver business efficiencies, process improvement, accelerating optimisation and driving innovation.
- Ensure the strategy delivers against all pillars of work - IT, systems, customer experience, process and business improvement and ensure delivery to a set of robust cybersecurity, governance, compliance, cloud & micro-service standards.
- Look to streamline and automate processes and infrastructure to improve efficiency & reliability.
- Collaborate with other department heads according to corporate governance.
- Set and be accountable for clear and measurable KPIs.
- Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the grade of the job
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection etc, and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook.
