Client Details: 

An organisation establishing itself with an intent to cater to the financing need sector unexplored by the formal financing sector using ML/AI analytics & decision science

Description: 

- Hands-on senior digital marketing leader to join us and build the function from scratch. Unlike other financial services firms and even fintech's, direct marketing would be the primary channel for customer acquisition and hence this is a super critical leadership position for us.

- Run all the digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, content, display and affiliate channels. This person would also be responsible for offline/brand marketing function when we start those channels.

- Setup and lead the entire marketing team.

- Own the P&L of the marketing business (both revenue and costs). Key KPIs include cost of acquisition, disbursement, interest income, cost per loan and brand performance metrics.

- This role would report directly to the founders and would have significant visibility to board and investors.

Profile:

- 8+ years of total experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing channels.

- Deep expertise in both Facebook and Adwords is a must as these would be the most important channels for customer acquisition.

- Experience in offline/brand marketing would be a plus.

- Education from Tier 1 technology/ management institutes.

- We are looking for a hands-on leaders only and not pure people managers.

- Excellent logic and problem solving skills.

- Experience of working with large and cutting edge internet startups and firms would be a big plus.

Startup experience is a big plus.
