Our reputed client is India's first billion-dollar pure-play fashion powerhouse with an elegant bouquet of leading fashion brands and retail formats. They are currently looking for Digital Marketing head for one of their leading brand.

Job Purpose : Responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This includes planning, implementing and monitoring the digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. It also involves building skincare/beauty vertical in near future.
Job Responsibilities :
Spearheading the entire Digital Marketing activities of apparel, accessories, beauty and other lifestyle products. The goal is to drive traffic to the website of potential customers looking for services, with the metric being number of requests submitted and not visits
Building a marketing strategy based on the current data, trends, etc. Define online advertising strategy and creation of multichannel advertising campaigns
Also prepare and manage digital marketing budget and measure ROI and KPIs for the same
Create, manage, optimize ad spend across these in a data driven approach
Conversion funnel optimization based on changes in Google AdWords, targeting, bidding, choice of landing page etc.
Strategizing, Planning & Executing activities for all SEO / SEM / SMO / SMM / ORM / Apps marketing
Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics like CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking and open rates / opt-outs.
Email marketing strategies to drive higher returns
Developing highly effective & creative demand generation initiatives
Constantly innovate on channels and advertising to build a competitive differentiation around fashion
Job Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Digital marketing professional
The Candidate must be from Fashion/Beauty Background
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all media
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
