Head - Digital Marketing - Ethnic Product Online Marketplace

A Mumbai based largest online market place for ethnic products is looking for a leader for managing and scaling the Digital Marketing acquisition and retention channels who is enthusiastic about scaling up a function and building a high performing team. He or she should be comfortable using large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases and providing strategic recommendations. We are looking for someone with experience in owning and driving cross functional teams to deliver key business goals. Someone who understands the importance of growth and efficient scale up.

S/he will be responsible for managing the digital marketing team while working closely with the senior management team to align business strategies and objectives while delivering growth in traffic in the most efficient manner.

- As a leader of digital marketing you will be responsible for driving key channels like SEM, SEO, Social media, CRM, display and overall growth for the organization

- Own the App growth initiatives on and off the platform and lead the identification of gaps in critical systems and tools to identify solutions

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- 8+ years experience in building and developing digital marketing teams.

- Experience in managing digital marketing teams.

- Passionate about building and scaling up the platform in the consumer internet/ e-commerce space.

- Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing strategies, concepts and practices.

- Strong management & performance measurement skills.
