A leading start up in the internet (e-learning) space. The organization provides e-learning solutions to corporate and individual customers. The courses are focused on analytics and technology platforms.

JD:

Setting up and leading the in-house digital/social marketing agency focused on content / engagement led brand building

Leading initiatives to build the brand using non-traditional media (digital/social) along with the use of traditional channels (ATL & BTL)

Engaging with internal (tech team, sales team etc.) and external stakeholders to establish the right ecosystem to drive this initiative

Delivering the objectives of brand building (top-of-mind recall, brand salience etc.) and customer engagement, further driving traffic and revenue

Thinking out-of-the box and leverage the power of and mobile

Ideate, and work with the team to create engaging content of various types - articles, ebooks, webinars etc

Drive content amplification via paid channels like Outbrain, Taboola, Zemanta & also through free channels

Conceptualize marketing ideas & manage programs end-to-end in terms of execution

Lead the creative & content team and measure results, manage reporting & derive insights & incorporate the findings in future engagements

Requirements:

Minimum 7-10 years of Digital Marketing/ Technology/ Product background

People Management

Strong strategic understanding of various media properties (online and offline) and clear business associations

Digital / social planning capabilities along with the creative know how

Ability to collaborate across functions and a high result / service orientation

Strong influencing and inter-personal skills; Strong team player

Experience/mindset of working in un-structured environments and entrepreneurial orientation

Can build and energize his/her team in a fast paced environment
