What is the role Our Digital Marketing Head's role will be to own/manage the entire digital media arm of Uniform Junction. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with other department heads. You will have a team of 2-3 team members/ individual contributors reporting directly to you. Your core responsibilities will include: Strategy &amp; Planning : - Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating technologies to inform Uniform Junction's digital marketing strategy - Designing and ensuring efficient execution of our social media strategy to build and maintain a strong online presence - Using SEO/SEM allied tools to ensure the brand is always at the forefront - Working with the sales teams to monitor leads, collect data and feedback and recommend improvements based on the quality of interactions Execution: - Creating high quality UI/UX and corporate/brand website content - Conceptualizing and executing campaigns across digital channels (web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media) - Analyzing and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including monitoring and improving quality of leads, closures on leads and revenue generated through digital channels - Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns across various advertising portals What we are looking for :&nbsp; - 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in team management - A Degree in any discipline (certifications/courses in SEO/SMM/Adwords/Google Analytics preferred) - Multiple examples of owning and executing SEO/SMM heavy projects - Proven working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords and email campaigns - Good sense of digital designs, with a strong understanding UI/UX and content building - Interest in the latest in the world of digital marketing, with a love for learning new things - Strong verbal and written communication skills
