Head - Digital Marketing - eCommerce/Retail/D2C
Responsibilities:
- Own the complete digital strategy, developing and executing a roadmap to achieve ambitious growth goals.
- Lead the development and optimization of our website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Oversee all performance marketing initiatives (PPC, Social Media Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Champion the growth of our D2C business, implementing effective strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to boost organic website traffic and brand visibility.
- Track ROI and KPIs across all digital initiatives, making data- driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, marketing) to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
- Create and present compelling business plans and reports to leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience in Digital and Performance marketing roles within the fashion or Ecommerce industry.
- Extensive experience in Direct- to- Consumer (D2C) strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Helping D2C brands scale there online business keeping profitability to sustain the tough competition with Established Deep Pocket Giants.
- Google Ads Search, Display certified or GAIQ certified.

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing communications, Business Administration or equivalent
