Purpose : To budget, develop & execute a Digital Marketing, social media, aggregator and alliances strategy for the organisation, and making it at the cutting edge of engagement and experience for the - new age- consumer.
KRA :
- P&L: Driving top-line sales and margin, pricing and promotions strategy
- Digital performance marketing campaigns, paid media, SEO, CRM, social, app installs and retention etc
- Brand Marketing ATL/BTL campaigns, TV advertising, OOH, Radio, Print, impact properties to create brand awareness and recall
- CRM emailers, web and app push notifications, sms campaigns focusing on customer engagement and retention
- Digital Analytics web and app analytics, business intelligence to make impactful decisions Product user experience and conversion rate optimisation in partnership with tech team Content marketing to engage and convert users into customers, grow SEO traffic, user generated content
- Play a pivotal role in the growth of the brand. Successfully build and manage various growth and CRM channels to achieve customer acquisition, retention and revenue goals.
- ORM and Social Media Management
Requirements :
- In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
- Up to date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
