Role Title - Digital Marketing & e-Commerce Head
Reporting to - CEO
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement an e-Commerce strategy to improve topline, bottom line & customer engagement & experience
- Implement and manage Direct-to-Customer (D2C) initiatives, including the development and optimization of the company's D2C website and online store.
- Responsible for driving discoverability of brands through SEO & SEM.
- Lead website launch / revamp and ensure its seamless consumer experience.
- Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and other social media) to meet key performance metrics.
- Support the Marketing team on development of brand digital assets, including A+ brand content, key visuals, etc.
- Handle multiple agencies (digital, media and ecommerce), while liaising closely with the brand and the Product marketing teams.
- Shape and scale digital marketing and e-Commerce marketing efforts
- Identify and collaborate with right agencies and partners to enhance digital know-how and ensure usability of digital platforms.
Job Location:- Gurgaon
CTC :- Upto 25 LPA
Experience :- 8-10 years' experience with the recent 5-6 years in in Digital Marketing/ Ecommerce with specific focus on evolving and implementing e-Commerce and digital strategy.
In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) 8+ Years
Education Qualification : Postgraduate in Marketing
