Sharpening the brand ethos through multiple promotions. Reports to: Marketing Head Designation: Digital Marketing Manager 1. Strategise and drive 100% ROI campaigns through a mix of channels a. SEM &amp; SEO b. PPC &amp; CPC c. Consumer Profiling d. Social Media ad campaigns e. Mobile application strategy 2. Implement optimization techniques for efficient use of marketing budget and increase revenue 3. Analyze marketing campaigns deeply using Google Analytics, CRM data and other tools to maximize return on spends and maintain a data-driven approach 4. Assist Department in formulating strategic sales plans including forecasting and budgeting 5. Manage agency and external vendors 6. Monitor market, customer and competitor trends and advice management on ways to improve company competitiveness 7. Work with cross functional departments, agencies and vendors for Scaling up online sale Skills: - The ability to analyse and accurate conclusions to support sales and marketing decisions - Previous experience in handling minimum marketing budget of 10cr. or more in digital marketing - Being good with numbers is essential - Good understanding of Google Analytics monitoring - Incumbent should be decisive; well-organized; detail oriented; ability to work with other executives; calm under pressure with influencing skills, and result orientation.
