Would be responsible to manage entire gamut of Digital/E-Commerce business. This includes strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website/app traffic and product performance, among other things. The role will also be responsible for ensuring high quality of customer engagement and creating a distinctive identity for the brand.
The role will have responsibility for the P&L of the e-commerce business, and will lead the following teams:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media & Content Management
- Digital Product Development, Alliances and Partnerships
- E- Commerce Platform & Advertisements
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing. Technical qualification would be an advantage
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing with at least 7 years experience in digital marketing preferably in e-Commerce companies.
- B2B and B2C experience a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of e-Commerce technologies and tactics like PXM (Product Experience Management) platforms
- Experience using automation and analytics tools - SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
