Hiring Digital Marketing head-A Global Digital Agency-Mumbai Objective (The main purpose of the position) : - This role is responsible for driving Revenue through all channels by leveraging tools of SEO, - SEM and other digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position) : Functional Responsibilities : - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with company's goals - Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels - Understand the objective and provide solutions by finding ways and means cutting across functions - Identify and provide non-standard solutions - novel ideas - Keeping abreast of the latest trends across functions and initiate to apply in day-to-day work - Develop and manage communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals - Ensure that social media tools are in support of clients social media strategy - Ensure that the Digital Marketing team establishes, assesses, modify/adjusts, and routinely improves campaigns over their lifecycle - Understand Clients Expectations &amp; Review the existing campaigns on a monthly basis SEM : - Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. - Audit &amp; Pitching in for new SEM businesses Organisational Responsibilities : - Ensure standards are set and adhered to for the Digital Marketing function - Manage requirements independently within the definitions of the job role - Understand business and commercial implications to provide solutions People Responsibilities : - Recruitment for the team - Attrition - Training of team on relevant competencies and technologies MANDATORY SKILLS : - Work - Experience : 10+ years of experience managing - PPC campaigns across Google - AdWords &amp; Facebook, LinkedIn Platform : In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google) - Exposure to branding is preferred - Experience working with popular keyword tools Knowledge : - Very good understanding of Technical SEO : - Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition - Knowledge of online business marketing principles (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition) - Digital agency experience is a must Please share your profiles or contact on 9900085572 with below details : - CURRENT CTC - EXPECTED CTC - NOTICE PERIOD - REASON FOR CHANGE
