Digital Marketing Head @Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head of Digital Marketing to be part of the founding team of an exciting and well-funded B2C fintech start-up. Location: Bangalore. Role: - Lead and build the digital marketing function, with an initial focus on performance marketing, owning the two most important growth metrics - customers acquired and CAC - Design campaign strategies and optimise on a day-to-day level to ensure the right volume and efficiency - Work closely with creative & product teams Requirements: - 5-8 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years in D2C/ eCommerce platform - Hands-on experience in performance campaigns and media planning across Google, Facebook, Affiliates, etc. with a proven success record with a D2C/ ecommerce platform - Deep understanding of SMM and SEO - Ability to design campaign strategies and optimise on a day-to-day level to ensure the right volume and efficiency - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to set and track metrics and assess the efficacy of marketing plans - Prior experience in collaborating with product teams will be an added advantage Requirements: - 5 to 6 years of work experience - Experience in driving growth for an early-stage product will be an advantage - Experience in marketing to Tier II and III - Good educational background
