Head Digital Marketing - Insurance - IIM/IIT/Tier1 MBA
Job description :

- The Head Digital & Customer Acquisition owns running performance marketing programs and building intelligent products that get customers and keep them coming back.
- As the Head of Digital & Customer Acquisition, you will lead a team to devise and execute digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers to the platform. You will be a hands-on execution expert in mobile marketing, and will work closely with the product and technical teams to improve the product experience for first time customers.

Responsibilities :
- Own the P&L for Digital Channels
- Develop customer acquisition roadmap across digital channels including strategy, processes and tools
- Work with product teams to prioritize features that help drive new customers to the platform
- Continuously test new channels of acquisition by prioritizing experiments and rigorous testing
- Grow and maintain reporting infrastructure, including performance tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with Indian & global online acquisition partners to build world-class practices
- Be the catalyst of disruption in the Insurance industry with respect to digital business
Requirements :
- Be a domain expert with solid online acquisition experience (8+ years relevant experience)
- Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive web sales channel growth experience building in-house tools a plus
- Deep experience with Google and Facebook advertising products
- Experience in real-time performance optimization of results and managing significant advertising budget ($Xmm/month spend)
- Needs to be Data Driven, Innovative and Efficient
- Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions & contingencies, including experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience computing CAC, LTV and marketing ROI metrics
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
Candidate Background :
- Experienced people manager (5+ years people management experience).
- Technical degree (CS, EE ) + MBA from premier institute preferred
- Proven experience defining and executing long term mobile marketing (acquisition/engagement) programs
- Last but not the least, understanding of the latest technology trends and their application to real-life business situations
