Client is an online store for western fashion, catering to menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories, jewellery and beauty products. The company is headquartered in Gurgaon, with office in London, and serves to the Indian market.
Designation: Head - Digital marketing & CRM
Reports to: CEO
Base: Gurgaon
1. Responsible for digital marketing initiatives to drive 100+% ROI campaigns with reference to:
a) Performance marketing planning and execution,
b) Mobile application strategy,
c) Alliances and Partnerships,
d) Product Marketing.
2. Assisting Department in formulating strategic sales plans including forecasting and budgeting.
3. Head CRM programs to drive and enhance LTV of customer base.
4. Managing all creative requirements for online campaigns.
5. Ensure thorough usage of analytics and maintain a data-driven approach to marketing.
6. Monitor market, customer and competitor trends and advice management on ways to improve company competitiveness.
7. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all digital marketing programs and activities.
8. Work with cross functional departments, agencies and vendors for Scaling up online sale.
9. Previous experience in handling minimum marketing annual budget of 50cr or more in digital marketing.
