Objective of the role :
- To drive the digital strategy and execution for multiple channels and categories for Brand , this would entail collaborating with different teams to ensure brand consistency and digital strategy and execution consistency
Reporting Structure : The incumbent position will report to the Chief marketing officer
Key roles and responsibilities :
- The role entails management of Social media, Digital ecosystem and Performance marketing
- Paid Campaigns: Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other native platforms including publisher and programmatic ads.
- Marketplace and E-commerce Marketing: Drive marketing strategies in various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms including Performance marketing for Amazon and Flipkart
- Social Media Management: Oversee all major social media platforms; focus on increasing followers and engagement, conduct competitor analysis, and develop effective strategies and elevate brand experience and build community and though leadership
- Content Marketing : Lead content marketing efforts to enhance
- Market Strategy : Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and media planning.
- Online Reputation Management: Manage and enhance the company's online reputation, including managing Google My Business, App ratings ,Social media handles
- Online Rating Management process ownership for marketplaces
- Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies.
- Budget Management - Manage the AOP and Budgets for multiple channels and categories.
- Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic and lead funnel development and management
- Campaign evaluation and agency management
Team Management :
- Lead and motivate teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Responsible for team development and performance management.
- Train internal teams to use digital technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest new optimization methods to improve customer experience
Requirements & Skills :
- As a Digital Head you should demonstrate excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques , performance marketing , Social media management
- Proven work experience in handling Digital , social and performance marketing
- Solid experience with online marketing tools
- Understanding of how digital channels work
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred industry : FMCD/Consumer Durables but not restrictive
- Agency profiles can also be evaluated , they will have a good understanding of all dimensions and typically may want to move to a client side
Ideal years of experience : 10 years +
