Head - Digital Marketing
Deliver high-performing lead generation/nurturing with optimized customer journey using analytics (Paid/Owned/Native):
- Based on data insights, work with commercial and IT teams to fine-tune and improve the user experience and metrics of our platforms in driving more leads
- Work with Power BI and CRM systems to enable reporting for key stakeholders.
- Customer insight: Monitor and evaluate responses to marketing automation and lead generation activity to provide insight into database behavior and preferences.
- Data analysis: Collaborate with teams in database and segment analysis to improve marketing lead nurturing process. Use CRM data in conjunction with web (e.g. GA) data in the development of a more customer-centric digital experience.
o Work with Global analytics teams in the development of reporting dashboards, where applicable
- SEO and content management support (Organic):
- Lead all SEO activity for India with a clear plan of action and relevant content strategy to drive results
- Lead the implementation of SEO-specific on-page enhancements for India, based on recommendations from the SEO agency in collaboration with Regional and Global Marketing Teams.
- Work on training, content management system (CMS) usage and issue resolution.
Management of agencies and stakeholders for successful planning and execution:
- Measure against key performance indicators of international digital standards and protocols in our digital strategies. Work with digital agencies to create and continually test to optimize results.
- Develop content strategy and calendar with key agencies on objectives/deliverables. Maintain and share awareness of competitor digital presence.
- Responsible for India advertising spend and other metrics (i.e. CPL, ROAS, EBITA) of lead generation activities
