About the company: The company offers a Cloud-based omni-channel, marketing automation solution, which offers the Marketers a way to engage (customer journey builder/unified view/cross-channel automation/analytics), communication (email/sms/voice/social/web/app) and sell (cross-sell/Up-sell) to its customers.

Role: Head - Digital Marketing

Reporting to : CEO

Location : Mumbai

About the role: The candidate should know how Organic & paid marketing works. Generate leads, drive website traffic, brand awarness and would be managing marketing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Demand generation Develop the strategy for and manage the marketing programs that drive awareness and organic demand.

2. 360-degree analysis - (market, customer, and competitors) - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market. Understand how the product is used by our customers

3. Content development - Conceptualize and create unique product and solution content for a variety of platforms

4. Creates business rules- Follows the written business rules which marketing and the sales channel must pursue to ensure 100% accountability for all lead generating activities.

5. Creates Qualified Leads & Sales support- Has enough experience to recommend to company's agencies, techniques to increase the number of qualified inquirers who respond to the company's promotional efforts.

6. Forecasting- Must be able to deliver qualified leads from the sales inquiries generated by the company (or vendors). Guides systems and processes to give the sales people qualified sales leads (not just inquiries).

7. Lead Distribution- Distributes inquiries and leads to the B2B sales channel

8. On-Time Lead Arrival Works with the corporation's agencies (PR, Advertising, On-Line, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Digital) to create a blend of sales inquiries that arrive on a predictable schedule each month.

9. Formulas & Reports Understands the formulas that are used to predict marketing ROI & Reports on inquiry activity by product, source, and source type. Delivers a monthly report showing sales results from sales inquiries and leads.

Qualifications

1. Preferably MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Premium B-School

2. The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing for B2B Products / Services. Experience in marketing of B2B SAAS product will be an advantage

3. Easiness in handling digital marketing platforms (SEO, Paid Search, Social Media) through agencies

4. Knowledge about CRM systems & strategies (CRMs like Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce)

5. Content development for a SaaS application.

6. Website management and website conversion optimization

7. Managing product profiles on various SaaS marketplaces.

8. Knowledge of tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, CRMs is a must.

9. Expertise in Marketing Automation.
