- Heading up Digital Marketing for the company, Includes Personal Investing, Funds Network and Retail businesses. Responsible for Digital Marketing Strategy, SEO, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Email and Social Media.
- Driving the digital agenda. Building and delivering complex campaigns across digital channels whilst leading work on social strategy, brand development, conversion, proposition and retention.
- Management of all digital activity, including online campaigns, social media, CMS management, website optimization and content, Management of in-house execution teams across email campaigns, video production, content publishing, data analytics
- Ensuring digital platform and websites follow best user design principals
