Job Description :

- Plan and lead the direction of internet marketing initiatives through strategy and implementation across all marketing channels/activities: SEO (Google Web Master & Analytics), SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Re-targeting, Paid Campaigns, etc.

- Develop, design and execute strategy & road-map for digital campaigns.

- Work towards comprehensive goal of organic traffic and brand equity.

- Discuss and collaborate with content team and create a strong content marketing strategy so as to optimize user experience.

- Instrument conversion points and user funnels as per analytical tools. Also optimize marketing spend based on data and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Training and counseling team members as and when required.

Required Competencies :

- 10 - 15 years Experience in Digital marketing with a noticeable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, ComScore,etc.).

- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Excellent leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills.

- Strong project management and communication skills.

- Demonstrates high degree of flexibility and initiative.

- Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints would be preferred.

Preferred Qualification :

- MBA (Specializing in Marketing) from a recognized university(Regular).
