Xperia is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Head to lead outbound marketing for a leading fintech company. You'll be responsible for developing -marketing strategy presenting in ways that will boost sales, both with high-value enterprise clients (B2B) and more frequent platform subscribers (B2SME).

You'll also be responsible for being the brand custodian and drive all our marketing efforts to meet our business objectives.

For this role, you should have an in-depth experience in digital marketing ,a passion for digital technologies and a deep understanding of the digital medium. You will need creative and quantitative thinking and high quality execution abilities. You should have advanced expertise with various product and digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing/branded content and affiliate marketing. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most innovative marketing plans to position and promote our products in line with the business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a digital marketing roadmap and execute the strategies

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

- Oversee our social media accounts

- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

- Conduct user research / surveys and interviews, test market to synthesize and channel customer feedback to appropriate teams.

- Plan and execute internal and external offline events (with digital marketing initiatives).

- Drive digital traffic and leads using product sites, apps and other digital channels.

- Manage relationships with external partners such as media companies/journalists, marketing and PR agencies.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing Lead

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

- Master's and/or bachelor's degree in relevant fields - engineering + business education background preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Excellent writing, editing (text/visual/video), presentation and communication skills.

- Demonstrable experience with analytics and marketing tools for social and digital marketing.

- Experience in market analysis, mapping competitor activity, studying consumer behavior.

- Demonstrable knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google AdWords.

- Proficient with elements of web design, CMS (WordPress), web development (frontend) and SEO.
