Role/ Job Title: Head Digital Marketing

Leadership Role

Location - Mumbai

Job Purpose :

The role bearer has the responsibility to provide vision and leadership for the strategic development of Digital marketing operations for the bank with the goal of increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The role holder is expected to spearhead planning, implementing, and monitoring bank's digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This is a critical role, via which all internal and external flows and is a vital element in representing the bank in the industry and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing operations including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Present reports on bank's marketing campaign's overall performance to senior management

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, oversee bank's social media platforms

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

- Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all Bank's offerings, premises and across media channels by managing the brand and the brand identity

- Manage bank' online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement

- Drive value based culture and fast paced mind-set amongst the workforce to enable faster adaptability and foster growth

- Review important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience

- Oversee compliance to corporate brand guidelines across all communication collaterals

- Motivate and train digital marketing team to achieve goals

- Ensure appropriate customer services communication

- Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team

- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service

- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Keep abreast with latest trends in social communication and branding global best practices in marketing

- Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

- Monitor key parameters on branding, customer top of mind recall, ease of accessibility and effectiveness of new initiatives

- Build, groom and retain top-class talent pool to enable high levels of creativity and innovation

- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

- Ensure adherence to benchmarks/processes set up for finalising commercials and other key parameters
